RESPONSABILITATI

To assure salary calculation and personnel administration activities, to participate in benefits design and related systems set-up.
Main tasks:
SAP/B3 organizational management, updates, maintanance, reports (excluding position creation),
SAP/R3 data gualty monitoring
Legislation updates, consulting to HR team a nd to managers, contact to labour consultants
Benefits management (policy and implementation), holiday management
Incentives management (SIP, STIP,PIP)
Assitence in creating shift models and pay-rules
Time management system support / key usership, data centralising at the end of a pay period
Employee absenteism follow-upand corrective actions
Personnel administration follow-up( statements, work contracts, work books, electronic Register, payshp and
meal vouchers management)
Prepairing the information necessary for the monthly payroll run
Checking and approving the results of payroll calculation from the payroll provider
Romanian market salaries&benefits analysis and developing benefits offering and giving input to salary budget
planning
Employee feedback channel creation and handling the feedback
Participating in employer image development
Ownership of employment related forms and templates to be used (maintain and update): job offer, job
description, work contract, certificates
