- Managing recruitment and selection projects in order to identify and attract the best candidates according to the client needs, in a timely and cost effective manner;
- Creating job specifications;
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals;
- Interviewing applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills;
- Preparing and maintain employment records;
- Preparing the individual work contract;
- Recording employees information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records;
- Maintain/update the personnel database and personnel files as appropriate;
- Collaborate with the salary and personnel administration department
- Prepare and verify the monthly time sheets;
- Prepare the documents requested by the employees (income proof, medical proof, etc.);
- Keep the evidence of holidays, medical leaves, etc.;
- Maintain the relationship with the Work Chamber, CAS;
University Degree
Minimum of 2 years experience in the human resources area with exposure to several functions: recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits
Solid knowledge of recruitment and selection methods and techniques, performance management systems, training needs analysis and evaluation, legal employment framework
Excellent customer service skills
Multitasking and priority setting skills
Excellent consulting and facilitation skills
Proactive and can do attitude
Good command of English language
MS Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
