RESPONSABILITATI

- provide advice and counsel to management in employee relations, employee transactions, manpower planning, performance management, employer of choice initiatives, career development, delivery of training initiatives, salary administration, presence recording, compliance with firm initiatives and various programs
- provide advice and counsel to partners and employee questions related to the firm’s HR policies and procedures
- provide counsel to management to effectively link business plans to goal setting; provide timely and meaningful feedback during the goal setting, interim and annual review processes.
- provide counsel and guidance on compensation issues related to internal promotions, new hire compensation, and market/equity adjustments and transfers.
- prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts, and career path reports, to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information.
- draw conclusions and make recommendations based upon analyses including turnover/exit survey analyses, area/process reports, and headcount reports


CERINTE

- university degree in Psychology or Economics
- at least 4 years experience in the HR field
- knowledge of labour legislation
- advanced English knowledge
