Our client is a worldwide leading company in outsourcing IT services for its clients. For its new center to be opened in Cluj Napoca, Manpower recruits motivated professional to be part of the starting team:
HR Responsible
- Create, design and implement procedures and action flows for the human resources related processes;
- Follow the recruitment process and establish the personnel needs;
- Analyze and draw up training plans for the employees and follow up on their implementation;
- Perform regular reportings on his/her activity.
- University graduate (Psychology / Sociology would be a plus);
- At least 2 years experience in a large company (minimum 100 employees);
- Positive "can do" attitude;
- Open minded;
- Fluent in English.
