RESPONSABILITATI

The person will be responsible for HR activites for the company plants in Turda (one plasterboard plant and one plaster plant):
- recruitment & selection activities;
- training programs;
- external reports on HR issues;
- job analysis;
- relation with Trade Unions;
- other specific HR activities;


CERINTE

- University Degree (preferable in psychology);
- Relevant courses in Human Resources field;
- At least 3 years experience in a HR Department on a similar position (at least a middle management position);
- Experience in HR activities in a plant is an advantage;
- Excelent knowledge of labour legislation;
- Very good knowledge of English, French is an advantage;
- Very good knowledge of Excel, World, Powerpoint;
The person should have/be:
- ability to work independently with minimum supervision;
- excellent relationship and team work skills;
- organized, capable to performe under presure;
- should respect strictly the deadlines of the specific workd & report requests;
