RESPONSABILITATI

• recruiting and selecting personnel;
• conducting interviews for various positions;
• set up career management programs;
• monitoring and developing training processes;
• counseling employees on company policies, benefits, and law environment;
• following up legislation regarding HR (Labour Code, personnel administration, job descriptions, …);
• prepare payroll;
• coordinating integration for every new employee (or processing all aspects of new hires and terminations);
• supporting proactively the management team in the implementation of appropriate people-related policies;
• further development of HR processes.


CERINTE

• university degree in a relevant field with experience in the IT field;
• prior experience in Human Resources include, but not limited to hiring, supervising trainings, monitoring of staff;
• excellent English language skills;
• Hungarian language skills an advantage;
• good communication skills, ability to work in a team, strategic and system oriented thinking, systematic and accurate work ethic, initiative and creativity.
