For one of our clients, a European logistics service provider, delivering a wide range of transport and customer specific logistics services, we are looking for a HR Business Partner.
- Interpreting and initiating HR policies and practices that align with the Romanian and European legislation;
- Providing support and advice for the local management in staff and employee development;
- Identifying, developing and implementing a variety of programs that are focus on further improvement of the employee satisfaction and engagement and the company branding, having a focus on areas such as employee performance management, coaching and mentoring, (annual) reviews, training and recruitment and will handling the day-today human resources needs of the business unit.
- 4-6 years previous HR experience;
- Master Degree in HRM is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Proactive person, able to work independently;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong personality type.
