• Lead daily activities of the team (HR admin and payroll) to ensure that all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals
• Evaluate associates on performance and complete annual performance appraisals
• Develop and administer corrective action and performance improvement plans
• Ability to assess team members' performance and provide motivational support
• Manages regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
• Reviews, develops, and implements payroll and admin processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Involved in other HR related activities
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management or Business Administration or equivalent work experience
• Focus in leadership, people development, communication and coordination
• Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
• Ability to multi-task and be proactive in a fast-paced environment
• Successful record of building and improving operational processes and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers as well as setting and managing expectations
• Experience identifying and resolving issues independently - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment, self-directed and motivated
• Proficient using Microsoft Office
• Advanced English skills
