AROBS Transilvania Software is looking for Graduates - Junior Developers with the strong desire to gain experience in Software Development.
You will join as a trainee with an excellent training and development program to soon see you developing high quality software.

The role will involve you developing changes to existing applications, deliver complete, tested solutions and provide 3rd line support and bug resolution. Supporting the senior developers you will be responsible for interpreting written business requirements to design, develop, test and deliver to agreed timescales. Other tasks will include taking requirements from clients, dealing with support calls and producing technical documentation.
Ideally graduate level, you should also have skills to include logical thinking, problem solving and a positive attitude. Passionate about software development and strong motivations to improve your technical skills are MANDATORY. Additional skills that may strengthen your application are proven experience (school projects, IT competitions or personal projects) in one of the technologies mentioned above.
