Supervising and managing a team
Setting and following the achieving of the KPI’ s agreed with the internal customers
Acting as an escalation & key contact point on process and queries
Ensuring the right metrics are set to fulfil the contractual obligation against the client
Defining appropriate processes and reviewing them regularly
Agreeing business targets with the supervised people and making sure the targets agreed are being met
Developing and establishing appropriate own business plans as well as business plans with the subordinates to fulfil targets

English and German – advanced level (C1)
