Responsibilities:
??? Enter order data in SAP
??? Respond to telephonic queries by customer and sales org.
??? Update SAP with customer master data
??? Interaction with Logistics partner and update customers on availability and delivery
??? Create Purchase orders for third party orders
??? Build good rapport with customers and sales reps
??? Prepare relevant order documents (export, transport, custom clearance, assurance,..)
??? Documents preparation for export orders
??? Exchange information with banks, chamber of commerce, embassies??? to obtain and to certificate documents

Candidates??? requirements:
We are looking for candidates with fluency in GERMAN plus:
??? SAP or ERP knowledge and awareness
??? College degree as a minimal educational requirement
??? Good primary language skills ( level GALA 7+ minimum ) spoken as well as written
??? 2 or more years of experience in a traditional customer service environment or related service situation
??? Excellent communication skills written and oral in stressful situations
??? Good business writing skills / bus. Correspondence
