The role ¿¿¿ Procurement Associate
¿¿¿ Processing of procurement documents (processing & bookings of purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, delivery notes, goods receipts, etc) including writing, updating and improving of SOP¿¿¿s for the Procurement process
¿¿¿ Maintaining professional and relationship with suppliers, answering their requests
¿¿¿ Procurement reporting
¿¿¿ Procurement hotline
Candidate requirements
¿¿¿ Near native fluency in German and good English
¿¿¿ Good written and oral communication skills.
¿¿¿ Accurate and responsible
¿¿¿ Able to work unsupervised and as a part of a team
¿¿¿ Enthusiastic, customer orientated well organized, confident and able to multitask
¿¿¿ Computer literate, hardworking and eager to learn
