The job-holder will be responsible for:
-You will provide customer service in the areas of Accounts Payable (AP) for a major international company in the following business languages: Dutch and English.
-You will be responsible for:
-Processing of compliant invoices in ERP system (as per defined procedures);
-Ensuring compliant vendor setups;
-Assisting vendors on phone calls;
-Point of contact for the business for all invoices related queries.
To be a part of our international team, you need to have:
-University Degree in Economic Studies;
-Fluency in French, Hungarian and English;
-Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge;
-Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit;
-Very good communication skills;
-Knowledge of the Accounts Payable concepts;
