As Cash Application you will be responsible for:
- ensuring prompt payment application to customers’ accounts.
- communicating with Account Receivable Specialists and answer invoice payment questions.
- meeting scheduled deadlines for completion of work, presentation of reports, and any other time sensitive responsibilities.
- delivering a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client
- developing and maintaining a proactive working relationship with clients
- reacting to client requests / queries in a timely fashion – continually seeking out ways to improve client satisfaction.
- ensuring that all reconciliation’s are performed, cleared and reviewed in line with agreed procedures.
- maintain, understand and follow operating procedures.
To be a part of our team you need to have:
- fluent spoken English, German or French is mandatory
- basic accounting knowledge.
- good communication skills,
- result oriented,
- good problem solving skills,
- self confident
- able to work with deadlines.
- knowledge of Oracle Financials or similar accounting package preferred
-knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
