UNIT DESCRIPTION:

GENERAL PURPOSE:

This role involves managing the local team of Architects ,User Experience specialists and Product Managers.
Participates as one of the main actors in formulating the strategy for the respective group and is responsible for implementing it.Is responsible for the implementation of a project portofolio within the scope of responsibility.Has individual responsibility for goal setting,operations,resourcing ,results and decisions.Will be a key contributor in prioritizing the programs and resources allocation for the entire site.This role will be a key interface between the local architects group and the Global Nokia software architecture community.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AREA

-responsible of the people management,competence development and creation of best practices in own group.
-provides technical leadership in his/her area of competence;
-supports the business in making good development project plans and in identifying the necessary resources
-needs to work well with all stakeholders
-develops the talents and skills needs by the business;
-proactively identifies the need for new processes and best practices ,that would increase the efficiency of the people in his/her group.
-identifies competencies and preserve the know-how needed in the field;
-responsible with performance evaluation ,setting and reviewing the objectives and the personal development plans of her/his reports;
-responsible with planning and tracking his /her group budgets
-status reporting to the site manager and business about resource availability,project/program allocation and recruitment.
-typically 8-12 years relevant experience
-strong relevant expert as a Software Architect
-excellent communication skills in both Romanian and English
-good understanding /knowledge of the local job market and hiring specifies
-motivational,people management and leadership skills
-highly reliable, able to balance conflicts requirements
-highly capable of prioritizing and distributing workload effectively across the team.
