• Counselling and offering information and financial solutions to the shareholders, to the General Manager and the top management team, in order to develop a more efficient financial system for the company;
• Coordinating the statuary and managerial accounting activity for the economical – financial company situation; assuring accuracy and fulfilling deadlines for:
(1) depositing the financial – accounting situation/ situations to the noticed institutions and (2) reporting the financial – accounting situation of the company to the group structure, in order to prepare the consolidated situations;
• Preparing together with the General Manager, and in case, with the departments managers of budgets and of annual economical – financial activity plan; monitoring budget accomplishments;
• Coordinating the entire financial functions, including: planning, budgeting, control/ audit, financial analysis, accounting;
• Developing and implementing the plan and the financial policies of the company, according and for sustaining the company’s development objectives;
• Participating and contributing at strategically level of management – with responsibility on financial field;
• Maintaining/ improving the relationship with the fiscal and administrative authorities;
• Reorganizing the financial – accounting – costs department and adapting it to the company‘s requirements.
• Economical University Degree;
• 5 years experience in finance;
• 2 – 3 years experience in a similar managerial position;
• Computer proficient in MS Office and ERP System;
