- insure accuracy and predictability of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet results for both, actual figures as well as forecasts and budgets.
- provide comparison of target and actual business results
- provide immediate information to the General Manager about deviations from financial targets
- support plant management and business unit controlling with profound and in-depth analysis about the plant and business performance
- economical studies and technical affinity
- up to 3 years experience in financial analysis, thereof minimum 1-2 years experience in reporting, analysing and evaluating financial results of P&L and Balance Sheet.
- good user knowledge of financial reporting and data-warehouse tools: ), MS-office (particularly good knowledge in Excel and Power Point); ERP-systems (SAP is a plus) Good knowledge of international accounting principles (IFRS)
- proficiency in English language (German is a plus)
