This role has been created in order to ensure the smooth transition of an outsourced service be it in the area of Finance & Accounting from the customer site to our client's site in Romania.
Responsibilities:
- Traveling to the customer's site and asses the process there (sometimes for extended periods of time) in order to move the process to our client's site from Romania;
- Responsible for project management of migration processes;
- Project Planning – estimating timelines, costs, resource requirements and execution;
- Monitor project, take corrective actions if needed, report on project progress;
- Manage all stages of the migration process;
- Ensure seamless transfer of business processes from customer site to receiving site;
- Responsible for assessing processes and recommending solution/potential for migration;
- Manage relationship with customers;
- Team management during transition.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting/ finance/outsourcing service;
- Strong Sales skills;
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance/Accounting/ Economics;
- Advanced knowledge of both English and Italian;
- Strong project management skills and experience;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Relationship management skills;
- Problem solving approach;
- Experience in using Ms Project;
- Opened to extensive travel across the Western European Countries (70 % of the working time).
