Back Office Collection Analyst
- Introducing the deferments and informing the Customer
- Customer information for rejected deferment requests/ rejected repayment agreements
- Obtaining missing customer documents in case of incomplete customer applications
- Processing messages regarding blacklisted accounts
- Identify areas of improvement in the process
- Determine gaps/errors in the process through analysis
If you are:
- Full of Energy
- Self-motivated
- Goal-oriented
- Fluent in German
And you have:
- University Degree (Economics background is a plus)
- Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge
