RESPONSABILITATI:

Specific responsibilities:
- Accurate records in the accounting registers (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Book, General Ledger), thorough verification and complete filling of the supporting documents
- Thorough verification of the commercial contracts (suppliers, customers) and complete filing
- Completeness of the financial documents required by the Local Laws and Regulations, prepared by the external accountants as well as on-time filling with the relevant Authorities
- Assists the Finance Team Leader in basic accounting (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Book, General Ledger) and verification of payroll computation through substantive analytical procedures (graphs, comparison to previous months, full re-computation for 25 employees randomly selected etc.)
- Assists the Finance Team Leader/ Manager in verification of the accounting records processed by the external accountants
- Assists the Finance Team Leader/ Manager in preparing documentation during audits
- Assists the Finance Team Leader/ Manager in ensuring full SOX procedures compliance.
- Ensure completeness and on-time filling of financial documents for the EMEA sites
- Keep well organized financial documents within the department

General responsibilities:
- Proper accounting under RAS (Romanian Accounting Standards)
- Payroll computation and accounting
- Preparation of financial reports required by the Tax Authorities
- Preparation of financial analyses and reports for management decision support


CERINTE

CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- University Degree in Accounting or Economics is mandatory
- Previous professional experience in accounting or economics is a plus
- Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax law
- Proficient in English
- German knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment
