- Maximizing asset productivity – deliver calls and visits in agreed frequencies as set by a manager for maximizing Asset Productivity, Control and increase Flow Through Ratio at individual Retailer location level by training and regular follow up with staff & management at major Retailers.
- Carry out planned seasonal activities and oriented/focused activities in order to achieve targets on a KPI bases (minimize losses and increase FTR´s).
- Audit planning and coordinating with 3rd party auditors, produce report and action / improvement plans to review and convert with Retailer Point.
- Visiting and auditing new Retailer Point locations – and negotiating the Deed of Cooperation with the new Retailer Points.
- Establishing excellent relations with all Retailer locations.
- New business opportunities – feedback on market and customer information to relevant teams for new business or competitor info. Control and train 3rd party agents.
- Building relationship with control agents, training and tracking included. Cooperate with European responsible departments.
- Ensuring quality of work of control agents (CPM)
- Visiting and enforcing legal title with pallet companies and stray accounts.
- Account Management and accurate administration of database
- Reporting of responsible area
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Service industry background, customer facing role in retail or distribution (preferable FMCG sector)
- Business to business sales / services experience
- Selling and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal skills, very good analytical and communication skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- MS Office
- Clean driving license
