• Co-ordination of all facility services in an office building:
Supervision of construction activities, renovation and improvement activities of the area
Preventive and reactive maintenance of the building elements
Space planning activities
Asset management
Considering inspiring working conditions incl. market research/benchmark analysis
• Operation and maintenance of technical systems in the building:
Planning and management of the installation, commissioning and maintenance activities of technical systems (electrical and mechanical)
Co-ordination for all needed actions related to approvals and authorizations, in relation to state entities and private institutions
Co-ordination of contractors activities related to facility services
• Implementation and co-ordination of all infrastructure services:
Utilities supply
Transport and catering
Cleaning and waste management
Post and reception services
Security and fire prevention
• Commercial and quality management function for facility management activities:
Implementation of facility management policies and procedures
Planning, delegation and monitoring of facility activities and related KPIs
Budgeting and management of the costs
• Other tasks and responsibilities:
Market research activities for real estate and facilities
Collaboration and benchmarking activities
• Other tasks from direct superior in relation with the job
• University degree in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering
• Min. 3 years previous experience in facility management or related fields
• Project management experience
• Experience in co-ordinating teams and complex activities
• Excellent negotiation, communication and collaboration skills
• Very good organizer with analitical thinking, being able to take quick decisions and assume responsibilities
• Result and quality oriented, efficient and pro-active worker
• Very good in both English speaking and writting, German language would be a plus
• Microsoft Office tools and programs expert
