4+ years PHP & MySQL proven experience with references
Experience with Javascript / AJAX
Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high quality of output
Proven experience with programming bug detection and fixing
Ability to work with other programmers code, with minimal comments made available
Hard-working mentality in a fast-paced environment, working longer hours when necessary to see projects through to completion
