Developing PHP & MySQL web applications and working on website design for our company website. You will be joining a young and enthusiastic team working from our office in central Cluj.
2+ years PHP & MySQL proven experience
3+ years HTML/CSS/Graphic design experience - example web designs essential for us to review
Experience with Javascript / AJAX
Photoshop experience
Adobe flash experience (mainly for web advertising banners rather than full flash web sites)
Video editing an advantage
Image optimisation for web, reducing file sizes and ensuring pages load quickly whilst keeping a high level of quality
Experience designing business materials / images for offline use (business cards, letterheads, posters, banners)
Experience with animated gif advertising banners
Experience with conversion rate optimisation and the principles behind designing web sites for conversion and goal funnelling.
Excellent English communication skills.
