ING Insurance Central Europe - one of the leading life insurers and Lugera & Makler are looking for outstanding professionals, willing to be a part of a great challenge, a new Shared Service Center that is opening in Cluj-Napoca!

The Shared Service Centre will be responsible for some functions of finance, operations and IT departments and will include all ING Insurance Central Europe countries (e.g. Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania). The reason for building a Shared Service Centre is to improve customers service and value for money by simplifying, standardising and to certain extend centralizing ING ICE service activities, and moreover running these activities like a business by delivering services to internal customers at a cost, quality and timeliness that is competitive with alternatives.
Your role as a Senior Operations Administrator will be to ensure execution of complex operational activities (underwriting, policy services, commercial administration, claims, accounting) related to life insurance portfolio for a specific country in compliance with local procedures, policies, regulatory requirements and Group standards.
You would be a part of a dynamic team, acting in a multicultural environment. Here is the place where you will find all premises for growing professionally!
- have a BA degree;
- be fluent in English;
- have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills and CAN DO attitude;
- be a fast learner;
- be a team player;
- have good computer skills;
- have at least 1 year experience in the insurance or finance field.
