For one of our clients, the world leader in mobility, driving the transformation and growth of the converging Internet and communications industries, we are looking for Employee Relations Manager.
Responsabilities:
Leading a team of 3 HR Help Desk employees, working in shifts;
Keeping a good relation with Operators and Employee Representatves;
Keeping a good communication process with the managers, regarding the operators' issues (team problems);
Managing and monitoring internal promotion process of Operators;
Communicates to the HR Systems Specialist any every actual employee situation;
Picks up the needs, the opinion and feedback from the employees, regarding work environment, work conditions, etc;
Communicates to the WR department any modifications and problems with the transportation system or related issues;
Sustains training sessions for team leaders, key operators and managers regarding their implication and responsibility toward their teams;
Propose and apply practical solutions to shifts changes, employee days off, temporary labor needs, etc;
Keeping up a good faith (between the operators) regarding the company capabilities as an employer.
Leadership skills;
Have at least 2-3 year experience in legal labour field, in relationships with employees.
Experience in dealing with production level people;
Good knowledge of Romanian Labor Law, in practice;
Excellent communication skills;
Caring, responsible and calm person. He/she should be pacient and able to repeat same thing for every employee who askes;
Advantage: background in law or social related fields.
