Handling of customer claims
Issues in goods dispatch process
Documentation and processing of 8D cases; documentation in own tracking
Deviations in delivery quantity, packaging quantities
Wrong deliveries; incorrect or missing documents; incorrect pricing; incorrect customs declarations; transportation damages
Contract penalties for late delivery
Claims from / with freight forwarders
Definition and execution of measures to reduce and avoid customer claims
Handling of customer returns
Clarification of returns, customer codes, reasons, correct posting, repair process, re-delivery to customer
Cooperation with quality department for returns
Creation and release of credit notes
Clarification of inventory deviations
At BOSCH and with external service provider
Documentation of cases, definition and execution of measures to avoid deviations
Manual creation of invoices and credit notes for special cases
Control of goods dispatch process at external service provider
Training
Documentation
Creation and control of work instructions
Implementation of continuous improvement measures at service provider
Measurement of efficiency KPIs at service provider
Improvement measures implementation and execution
Control of invoices from external service provider
Archive documentation for inventory movements, delivery confirmations, delivery notes, invoices from freight forwarders and ESP


CERINTE

Good knowledge in SAP modules (SD)
Expert knowledge of transportation management, goods dispatch, claims management
Automotive industry experience is considered an advantage
Basic knowledge of 8D method and quality management
Strong skills in communication and organization
Extremely high reliability
Microsoft Office
Language skills:
Romanian: Fluent, mother tongue
English: Fluent, very good language skills
German: Good language skills
