RESPONSABILITATI

Purpose of the position:
- Responsible for managing the orders until the goods are received by the customer
- Respond to telephonic queries by customer and sales team
- Responsible for all transactional activities related to the conversion of a Purchase Requisition into a Purchase Order
- Also includes expediting on all past due PO s and Open Orders

Main Responsibilities:
- Receive/check/enter order data in ERP
- Instruct and liaise with warehouses to and arrange the execution of the goods shipment in a cost effective way
- Prepare relevant order documents (export, transport, custom clearance, assurance, etc)
- Handle all order related problems and find solutions with customers and internal parties involved
- Escalate problems in time to the Customer Care Supervisor and or Sales Organization
- Interaction with Logistics partner and update customers on availability and delivery
- Knowledge of process flow / tools
- Understanding of the Procurement function and linkage with the Financial Dept in a company
- Understanding of the PR to PO process with all subsequent steps and rules to be followed
- Knowledge and understanding of the critical elements to be identified on a PR (if contracts in place, status of the supplier as in Strategic/Preferred/One-time, if any discounts applicable, special payment terms as per the commodity/services that are ordered etc)
- Ability to identify exceptions and document them in the SOP
- Ability to liaise in an effective manner with the requisitioners, suppliers worldwide for various process related issues and clarifications needed

Procurement

Purpose of the position:

- You will provide customer service in the areas of Accounts Payable (AP), Payments and Travel & Expenses for a major international company in the following business languages: Dutch and English.

Main Responsibilities:
- Processing of compliant invoices in SAP (as per defined procedures);
- Ensuring compliant vendor setups;
- Assisting vendors on phone calls;
- Point of contact for the business for all invoices related queries.


CERINTE

-College degree as a minimal educational requirement;
-Dutch skills at an advanced level, both spoken and written;
- English skills - at least at an intermediate level both spoken and
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or other related areas;
-Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge;
-Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit;
-Excellent communication skills written and oral in stressful situations;
-Good business writing skills / business correspondence;
