As a Business Analyst with Evalueserve Romania, you are polyvalent member of a team of 70 people. Your responsibilities will include:
• To conduct business research using various sources (databases, Internet, etc.) at your disposal.
• To conduct research includes company profiling, competitor and market profiling, among other requests - activities in which knowledge in economics, sciences or management is a major plus.
• Some of the projects will require you to carry out excel-based modeling – hence an analytical bent of mind and a good understanding of MS Office tools is required.
• Our employees are helped and guided to grow in the organization. Some of the roles that a Business Analyst will take in time would be: Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager and Manager. However, we cannot provide any guarantee or indicative timeline for this, as this is completely dependent on employee performance and organizational requirements.
With respect to any specific activities, you will be in charge with the following aspects:
• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of research
• Ensuring that the project’s deadlines are met
• Ensures compliance with the legal provisions regarding data’s access and usage conditions
• University graduates and post-graduates with background in finance, economics, management, business, letters and 0-4 years of experience
• Working knowledge of English and one of the following languages: Dutch; Russian, German, French, Italian, Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving ability, good analytical skills
• Should be well versed with MS Office
• Excellent presentation skills
