Reporting to the AP team leader the main duties are as follows:
- Responsibility for the Accounts Payable from processing high volume invoices to reconciling creditors accounts to dealing with supplier queries.
- Prepare and issue cheque payments to creditors
- Ad hoc Finance administration for example: petty cash, small cheques
- Issue and Control all purchase order numbers
To be the Ideal candidate you have to have:
- Fluency in Dutch and English at a corporate level
- Accountancy degree
- Invoice knowledge and understanding
- Ability to multi task and prioritise duties.
- Excellent communication skills
