- Communication (Written & Oral):
- Internal: build and maintain strong working relationships with internal personnel within Mexxem business units.
- External: build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, buying and planning staff.
- Proactive management and consistent follow-up on all issues pertaining to Footwear & Apparel business.
- Analyze market trends and competitors.
- Assortment Planning Management: input towards and development of optimal seasonal product assortment plan.
- Forecasting Excellence: accurate seasonal product forecasts.
- Product Process: mastery of the product process and application of the process to seasonal selling.
- Calendar Management: time management as it relates to the various meeting expectations.
- Meeting facilitation: scheduling and executing required meetings in order to execute the process.
- Ensure contracts with suppliers are prepared and executed efficiently.
- Optimize employee training and coaching (sales, product etc) process.
- Develop annual sales and costs budget for division
- Supervise the sales and merchandising objectives in stores.
- Ongoing updating and improvement of the strategic business plan.
- University Degree.
- Min 5 years similar experience preferably in fashion, footwear, sporting goods or retail industry.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate.
- Strong oral and written and communication skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Knowledge of market.
- Excellent language skills.
- Ability to develop successful product business strategies.
- Thinking ‘out of the box’, excellent networking, consumer orientation.
- Frequent traveling required.
- Excellent team player.
- Relocation in Cluj Napoca.
