RESPONSABILITATI

- The Services Manager directs service department's activities. Is responsible for developing and directing a team of Services Engineers who exemplify the highest level of quality and customer service.
-Coordinate all software &hardware interventions, from troubleshooting to network administration, accordingly to client’s needs and agreement.
- Meet or exceed the company’s performance standards for quality and speed of service to our customers.
- Sets policies, procedures and performance standards for all Service Engineers teams and Partners. Evaluate performance of Service Engineers teams and Partners.
-Identify and develops business relationships with national wide service partners.

CERINTE

-Proven experience of business to business relationship, services key account management, team management, budgeting.
-Strong services sales and expense control ability is an advantage.
-Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity.
- Strong communication skills.

BRINEL was established in 1991, in Cluj-Napoca, in the heart of Transylvania, mainly based on service and technical support for computers and printers. During the past 13 years the company continuously focused on production of ALPIS computers (national brand) and we increased our offer including new products and services such as system integrator and software development.

Cluj-Napoca is headquarters location. Subsidiares are located in Bucharest, Timisoara and Oradea and business partners in every major city in Romania.
