RESPONSABILITATI

The main responsibilities for the future employee will be to:

- Plan and execute sales activities, with the goal of reaching specific sales targets for the region;

- Train new patients on Diabetes therapies and product features;

- Organize and conduct patient marketing events to drive awareness of the therapy;

- Organize and conduct physician training sessions on benefits of Diabetes therapies and their proper use in clinical practice;

- Participate in local and regional market development activities (conferences, congresses, diabetes days, etc) to drive awareness and adoption of Diabetes therapies;

- Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and Romanian Diabetes distributor on regional strategy and business logistics;

- Analyse market size, competitive landscape and other market information to develop strategies to drive sales and adoption of Diabetes therapies;

- Create and maintain strong relationships with important key customers, patient organizations and external stakeholders.

On behalf of our client, a multinational company from the medical field, we are searching for a Diabetes Sales and Marketing Consultant.
The ideal candidate should have:

- Sales-oriented mindset and developed selling skills;
- Thorough understanding of diabetes ¿¿¿ disease state, treatment, therapies, lifestyle, etc;
- Strategic mindset with proven ability to execute tactical programs to drive results;
- Understanding of the Romanian healthcare system;
- Very strong communication (written, verbal and presentation), influence and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in Romanian and English.

Would be ideal to be:
- Medical doctor or trained nurse;

and to have:
- Sales and/or marketing experience in the medical field, specific experience with diabetes products and/or medical devices a plus;
- Understanding of health care economics and reimbursement.
