Job description:
This vacancy is for 2nd line technical support engineers to join a dedicated team who will deliver IT technical support to Endava clients, assisting existing 1st line team located in Cluj. The clients are multinational companies operating on 4 continents.
The position will involve an initial familiarity and training period working alongside experienced staff in the UK, then working as part of a team based in Cluj.
Requirements
Mandatory skills:
- Relevant experience in IT field, preferably technical support or help desk;
- Hands on Microsoft based operating systems and applications;
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Good hardware knowledge covering PCs, Laptops, Printers and other peripheral devices;
- Regular contact with customers in a customer led environment.
Desirable skills:
- 1 year + experience on a similar position;
- Experience in working with demanding customers and delivering to tight deadlines;
- Previous experience of communicating with English Language speakers from across the world.
