- Operate as a SAP super-user for Europe
- Take a leading role in the further development and roll-out of APO in Europe
- Plan distribution requirements using Visual Basic and APO tools.
- Organize key archives of sales history, KPIs, stocks, Goods in Transit, NDRs (Net Demand Requirements) , Commits
- Generate and control inventory check sheets
- Analyze and monitor stocking norms and lead times
- KPI performance analysis: i.e. an analysis of Forecast Vs Sales, Delivery time Vs Expected Delivery Time
- Prepare and participate in Sales & Operations Planning conference
- University degree (Economics, Pharmacy, Chemistry)
- Relevant experience in a similar position ( in a pharmaceutical,FMCG company - preferably, but not only)
- Advanced level operating skills of Microsoft excel
- Programming skills in Visual Basic
- Advantage:
- Accomplished SAP user
- Experience of APO(Advanced Planning Optimizer)
- Very good communication skills in English
