RESPONSABILITATI

This position is located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

The individuals who fill these jobs will be responsible for working with the global team of Customer Support Engineers to field, track, troubleshoot and resolve inbound technical support requests from customers.

The positions will involve significant email interaction with our global customers, pre- and post-sales consulting engineers and the broader engineering development team.
Overall Job Requirements:
- Interact directly via email with company’s customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems relating to the company product portfolio.
- Interact directly with members of the Company engineering, product management and services organizations to troubleshoot and manage the escalation and resolution of product-related technical problems.
- No requirement for on-site customer travel.


CERINTE

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent
- 2-3 years technical experience with some combination of the following. You don’t need all of these, but the broader the experience, the better:
- Solaris, Linux, AIX and HPUX
- Networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching) and familiarity with managing network devices
- A programming language, such as C, C++ or Java
- Oracle (DBA and/or application development)
- SQL and one or more scripting languages, especially Python, Unix Shell Scripting
- Web-based applications (e.g., Apache, IIS, Weblogic)
- Highly reliable self-starter; can-do attitude
- Excellent English written communication skills
- (Desirable) Proficiency in other Western European languages – e.g., French, German
