RESPONSABILITATI

- Greet the customer and establish a positive professional relationship with the customer.
- Act in a mature and professional manner towards customers, clients and colleagues.
- To analyse the true nature of the call and define the customer’s question.
- Validate customer and product entitlement.
- Deliver efficient and effective customer service at all times.
- Use the necessary relevant systems correctly.
- Maintain customer satisfaction according to the established systems of a high level of Business, Product and Organisation knowledge.
- Measurements.


CERINTE

- The candidate should be bilingual Romanian/Hungarian
- Good level of English language
- University degree will be advantage
- Customer service experience will be advantage
- PC and Internet users
- availability to relocate to SOPHIA, BULGARIA
