• Greet the customer and establish a positive professional relationship with the customer.
• Act in a mature and professional manner towards customers, clients and colleagues.
• To analyse the true nature of the call and define the customer’s question.
• Validate customer and product entitlement.
• Deliver efficient and effective customer service at all times.
• Use the necessary relevant systems correctly.
• Maintain customer satisfaction according to the established systems of a high level of Business, Product and Organisation knowledge.
• Measurements.


CERINTE

- The candidate should be bilingual Romanian/Hungarian
- Good level of English language
- University degree will be advantage
- Customer service experience will be advantage
- The candidates should be PC and Internet users
- AVAILABILITY TO RELOCATE TO SOPHIA, BULGARIA
