RESPONSABILITATI

Undertaking initial diagnostics of incidents relating solar-inverters, using the available tools and resolving as many as possible on first contact
- E.g: firmware-update, e.World components
- Accurately recording and classifying the incoming incidents with the right priority, the category and incident summary details appearing on the error messages
- Solving issues, following and confirming bugfixes
- Proactive flagging of incidents where no solution on our service-wiki was found
- Meeing or exceeding the level of service and request for support of other resolving teams
- Improving the tools (e.Web) change-management and testing
- Customer maintenance of CRM-system Salesforce
- Commercial processes regarding replacement of inverter handling in CRM-System Salesforce


CERINTE

- University degree
- Fluency in English, German skills are desirable
- Good verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone attitude
- Experience in MS Office, IT-databases, Web-applications
- Basic experience in technical support represents an advantage but it's not mandatory
- Interest in renewable energy, basic knowledge of solar energy, modules, inverters
- Good understanding of processes
- Customer service and solution-oriented personality
- Flexible, motivated team player, ability to work under pressure
- Willing to get on-the-job training in Germany
