RESPONSABILITATI

A Customer Quality Specialist acts as an internal specialist in agreed method and tool area including support and facilitation in quality improvement activities and projects

Main tasks:
- Manages quality related issues and actively solves quality problems in a specific area of expertise including related project management;
- Is responsible for investigation, selection and facilitation of existing and new quality methods and tools for wider use.
- Assures compliance to in-house andor external specifications and standards e.g.ISO regulations; may support and coach other quality specialists.
- Manages and leads outgoing quality related activities in the factory, external Customer product/process approvals and box openings in the factory;
- Collaborates with our customers in quality issues and handles logistic claims and drives corrective actions;
- Shares customer perceived quality information within the factory and cooperates in local and global quality management projects;
- May act as Team Leader or Project Leader with some direct supervisory responsibilities in addition to own work assignments;
- Accountable for quality, accuracy and efficiency; actions and errors can have functional area impact.

Adecco is recruiting for one of its clients, in the telecommunication field, a Customer Quality Specialist.

The ideal candidate should have:
- 8-12 years relevant experience;
- Recognised expert in their field (depth & breadth) and degree;
- Good communication skills in English (written and oral);
- Can analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert with increased awareness and involvement;
- Demonstrates initiative & contributes to problem solving;
- Acts with independence and discretion in routine matters
