Your tasks:
The tasks of the customer and production planner are related to planning and coordination:
- Planning the customer orders in SAP
- Plan amount and type of products to be produced and create leveling scheme
- Ensure on-time delivery of products to BOSCH customers (right part, right amount, right time, right place -> according to customer wishes)
- Ensure availability of products and create delivery notes
Reliability for delivery planning to customers
Reliability for customer claims, quality issues and technical issues
Continuous customer contact to ensure delivery
- Customer contact management to coordinate demand
Internal customers within BOSCH
External customers
- Coordination with manufacturing and in-house production planner
Coordination and control capacities and plan production capacity oriented (to level procurement planning and personnel planning)
- Create production plan / leveling plan to ensure on-time delivery
- Broad knowledge in production planning and customer delivery planning
- Basic knowledge of lean logistics / lean production
- Work experience in production environment, preferably automotive
- Soft skills:
Communication and team-orientation
Negotiation management
Reliable and structures working attitude
- Language skills:
Romanian: Very good
English: Very good
German: Preferred
- MS-Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- SAP R/3 (APO, PP, MM, SD)
