To help underwriters create a quote forinsurance policies (domestic as well as multinationals). The responsibility will also include conducting the same process at the renewals stage to ensure the information entered in the system is correct;
To ensure that the process transactions are processed as per required procedures;
To ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met;
To ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters;
To provide the relevant process reports on a daily basis;
To accomplish all tasks in accordance with the internal norms & procedures;
To ensure that all KPIs are constantly met.
At least medium proficiency in Swedish (both written and spoken);
At least an intermediate level of English, both written and spoken;
Fresh University graduate or experienced professional;
Computer proficiency;
Quick-minded, adaptable, results & client centered;
Strong commitment to the quality of deliverables;
Previous client service / insurance background are an important plus.
