RESPONSABILITATI

 To ensure the timely collection and allocation of money due from premium and claims;
 To collect outstanding money in a timely manner;
 To take ownership for raising and solving queries related to the broker account;
 To raise payments for the money due to 3rd parties (Brokers, Insurance Companies, etc);
 To ensure accurate processing of all tasks in order to keep a high quality analysis regarding receivables;
 To accomplish all tasks in accordance with the internal norms & procedures;
 To ensure that all KPIs are constantly met.


CERINTE

 High proficiency on German, both written & spoken
 At least an intermediate level of English, both written and spoken;
 University graduate;
 Computer proficiency;
 Quick-minded, adaptable, results & client centered;
 Strong commitment to the quality of deliverables;
 Previous client service / insurance background are an important plus.
