- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Customer-oriented mindset – a good talker, a better listener
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Very good communication and interaction skills both online and offline, translating into an overall great EQ
- Good conflict management expertise, punctuality and objectivity
- Availability to work in recurrent shifts (8:00 AM-04:00 PM, 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Offer online support and council to US customers, as well as to our inter-connected departments
- Inform, attract and retain customers in a timely manner, whilst being properly acquainted with the services we offer
- Proceed according to existing policies and improve procedures through constant feedback
- Tackling customer issues with great flexibility and creativity
- Organize and maintain database information
