Coordonarea activitatii agentiei din punct de vedere al vanzarilor si administrativ;
Coordonarea echipei de Agenti de turism;
Urmarirea constanta a derularii activitatilor agentiei, cu implicare in luarea de decizii la nivelul agentiei;
Derularea activitatilor de raportare asupra activitatilor si rezultatelor Agentiei.
Studii superioare finalizate;
Obligatoriu experienta pe ticketing;
Cursurile de ticketing reprezinta un avantaj
Cunoasterea limbii engleze cel putin la nivel mediu;
Bune abilitati utilizare PC;
Dinamism;
Initiativa;
Orientare client.
