• Controlling of all internal commercial/technical processes: scrapping process, trials, utilisation rates of the machines, defect costs etc.
• Reporting in the monthly based reports
• Preparing current forecasts and business plan of the KPIs: profit and loss (OVC), EBIT, Investment, Headcount, inventories, free cash flow, total coverage time, plan balance etc.
• Preparing overhead and budget controlling for the Plant: cost centers and cost elements planning, plan-actual analysis, reporting of primary costs
• Process owner on UG process, UE process
• Owner of COPA & result controlling
• Administration of product hierarchy and profit center structure in SAP
• Preparing reviews for monthly reviews to the profit and loss situation
• Preparing price and cost analysis (for internal & external business)
• Supporting transferprice processes
• Degree: mandatory in Business, Economics or Informatics. Studies in Economical Informatics would represent an asset
• At least 3 years experience in Controlling
• Excellent IT skills – know-how in MS Office (incl. MS Access), SAP: FI, CO, COPA
• Language skills: fluent in English – mandatory; German language skills would represent an asset
