For this center, we are looking for an experienced CONTACT CENTER MANAGER to fulfill the following requirements:
- Develop innovative solutions and manage the overall delivery of services
- Manage escalated service issues
- Ensure that the services provided by the teams are optimised and are evolved to meet new delivery methods, practices and business requirements
- Develop, manage and maintain effective working relationships with key delivery contacts both internally and externally
- Manage operational budget to ensure costs are aligned with forecasted budgets.
- Minimum 2 years experience of managing at senior level, within Customer Service Center or wider business environment
- Proven people manager and leader
- Proficient in English
- Excellent presentation & communication skills, both written and verbal
- Resilient, focussed and with strong achievement drive.
