- Derularea proceselor de recrutare si selectie a candidatilor pentru pozitii de middle si top management;
- Validarea candidatilor in procesul de selectie si orientarea acestora catre clientii firmei;
- Urmarirea permamenta a pietei locurilor de munca;
- Identificarea noilor posibilitati de dezvoltare a companiei si dezvoltarea potentialilor clienti
- Actualizarea continua a bazei de date;
- Identificarea surselor de atragere a noi candidaturi;
- Implicarea in mai multe proiecte de recrutare simultan, cu un grad de complexitate diferit;
- Monitorizarea aplicatiilor primite si introducerea in baza de date a CV-urilor;
- Se informeaza constant despre nivelul de satisfactie al clientului si al colaboratorilor in timpul si la sfarsitul misiunii.
- Absolvent studii superioare- avantaj Psihologie;
- Experienta minim 3 ani in domeniul recrutarii si selectiei;
- Experienta minim 1 an in domeniul vanzarilor si intretinerea relatiilor cu clientii;
- Limba engleza fluent;
- Cunostinte limba franceza/ maghiara – constituie avantaj;
- Cunostinte foarte bune de operare PC (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet);
- Persoana dinamica, activa, cu bune abilitati de comunicare si relationare.
