The responsibility of the Commercial Director is to elaborate the business objectives by defining and implementing the company commercial strategy. He / She has a key role in strengthening our partner‘s position within the industry. His / her strategy shall result in sustainable profitable growth and market share gain.
To be successful, the Commercial Director will have to lead and develop his/her team. As key member of the management he/she will contribute to define the wider company strategy through as an excellent team worker.
Responsibilities:
Formulating national sales and marketing policies thereby making major contributions to organizational :
Revenue on local and foreign markets
Profit projections
Short and long term plans
Business line management for Energy, Constructions and Telecommunications divisions
Implementing and monitoring the progress of marketing plans and R&D programs
Monitoring sales performance and selling expenses and initiating corrective action where necessary
Coordinating market research and market intelligence data
Determining pricing and volume discount policies
Business and Strategy DRIVER
Turn market and consumers voice into opportunity for the company
Measurement and control to whole commercial department (KPIs, Gaps, actions)
Development of high performing teams
Understanding of internal/external context for business opportunity identification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An outgoing and likable personality
A high degree of self-motivation
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Commercial awareness
