RESPONSABILITATI

Manage the processes of Collections and ensure the all indicators are met.
• Focus on continuous improvement of the processes; find the resolution of technical problems
• Prepare weekly dashboards and regular work reports
• Communicate on a regular basis with Senior Operations Manager as well with the process owner.
• Ensure targets are met by Team Leaders and their team members.
• Resources planning to meet team goals and objectives.
• Identify training, coaching, mentoring and buddy opportunities.
• Share best practices across teams.
• Participate in projects in order to ensure smooth introduction of changes and satisfactory resolution of problems.
• Participate in the recruitment process of new team members
• Train new team leaders


CERINTE

• Good accounting knowledge and experience, procurement basic knowledge,
• Computer literate, good communication skills
• Previous supervisory experience;
• PC literacy required –Word, Excel
• Must be familiar with typical business documents, such as the bill of lading, proof of delivery, invoice, delivery receipts, A/R trial balance, credit memos, etc.
• Must have knowledge of accounts receivable, including invoicing, deduction resolution, cash application and collections;
• University degree;
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills, both in English and Romanian, and good active listening skills;
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to multi-task;
• Ability to lead a client meeting, team meetings, and presentations to management;
• Ability to interact with all levels executives.
